1. Condition of Room

 

The Hirer agrees to leave the room in the same condition as it was found at the beginning of the rental period. A cleaning fee may be applied if the room is left in an unsatisfactory condition.

2. Prohibition of Alcohol and Smoking

The Hirer acknowledges and agrees that the consumption of alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited within the rented premises. Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of your booking.

3. Respect for Business Grounds

 

The Hirer agrees to be respectful of the business grounds and shall not engage in any activities that may damage or disrupt the normal operation of the business. This includes, but is not limited to, littering, vandalism, or any behaviour that may adversely affect the business.

 

4. Respect for Lessons and Other Activities

 

The Hirer acknowledges that lessons and other activities may be taking place in proximity to the hired room. The Hirer agrees to be respectful and considerate, avoiding any disruptive behaviour that may interfere with ongoing activities. If the Hirer is being disruptive, they may be asked to leave the premises.

 

5. Responsibility for Damages or Theft

 

The Hirer is fully responsible for any damages to the hired room or its contents during the rental period. Additionally, the Hirer shall be held responsible for any theft that occurs within the hired premises during their occupancy.

 

6. Consideration for Working with Children

 

As the business works with children, the Hirer is expected to be conscious of this fact and conduct themselves accordingly. Any inappropriate behaviour or activities especially involving children are strictly prohibited.
